Title: AN ACT TO PROVIDE THAT THE MISSISSIPPI DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION SHALL CONSTRUCT AN ADDITIONAL LANE FOR TRAFFIC ALONG THE EXISTING NORTHBOUND AND SOUTHBOUND LANES OF U.S. HIGHWAY 49 IN RANKIN COUNTY BEGINNING AT FLORENCE AND EXTENDING NORTHERLY TO I-20; TO PROVIDE THAT THE MISSISSIPPI DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION SHALL CONSTRUCT A HIGHWAY SEGMENT IN RANKIN COUNTY CONSISTING OF FOUR LANES BEGINNING AT THE INTERSECTION OF U.S. HIGHWAY 49 AND I-20 AND EXTENDING NORTHERLY TO MISSISSIPPI HIGHWAY 25; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
