Title: AN ACT TO ENACT INTO LAW THE AGREEMENT AMONG THE STATES TO ELECT THE PRESIDENT BY NATIONAL POPULAR VOTE AND PROVIDE THAT THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI ENTERS THE COMPACT WITH OTHER STATES THAT JOIN IN THE COMPACT; TO PROVIDE THAT UNDER THE COMPACT, THE PRESENT OF THE UNITED STATES BE ELECTED USING THE VOTE TOTAL FROM THE NATIONAL POPULAR VOTE; TO AMEND SECTION 23-15-785, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, IN CONFORMITY THERETO; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
