Title: AN ACT TO PROVIDE THAT IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE AND DISTRIBUTION OF MOTOR VEHICLE LICENSE TAGS THE LICENSE TAG COMMISSION MAY INCLUDE IN CONTRACTS WITH THE VENDORS OF SUCH LICENSE TAGS OR IN SEPARATE CONTRACTS WITH OTHER VENDORS PROVISIONS TO PERMIT THE VENDOR TO OFFER ADVERTISING SERVICES IF SUCH SERVICES WILL REDUCE THE COST OF THE LICENSE TAG CONTRACT OR WOULD GENERATE ADDITIONAL REVENUE FOR THE STATE; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
