Title: AN ACT TO AMEND SECTIONS 37-140-1 THROUGH 37-140-15, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO PROVIDE THAT THE MISSISSIPPI SCHOOL FOR THE ARTS SHALL BE ORGANIZED UNDER THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI AS A NONPROFIT TAX EXEMPT CORPORATION, AND THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SCHOOL SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF A BOARD OF DIRECTORS APPOINTED BY THE PUBLIC ADVISORY PANEL; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
