Title: AN ACT TO PROVIDE THAT PERSONS LICENSED TO PRACTICE VETERINARY MEDICINE SHALL WRITE PRESCRIPTIONS FOR DRUGS AND OTHER HEALTH PREPARATIONS THAT THEY RECOMMEND FOR THE TREATMENT OF ANIMALS; TO PROVIDE THAT THE PRESCRIPTIONS MAY BE FILLED BY ANY PERSON, FIRM OR CORPORATION AUTHORIZED TO SELL ANIMAL HEALTH PREPARATIONS BY THE BOARD OF ANIMAL HEALTH OR BY ANY LICENSED VETERINARIAN; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
