Title: AN ACT TO REQUIRE SCHOOL DISTRICTS TO PAY TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES A STUDENT'S PRO RATA SHARE OF THE DISTRICT'S MINIMUM PROGRAM ALLOTMENT WHEN THAT STUDENT IS PLACED IN THE OAKLEY OR COLUMBIA TRAINING SCHOOL; TO PRESCRIBE A FORMULA FOR CALCULATING PAYMENTS BY SCHOOL DISTRICTS UNDER THIS ACT; TO REQUIRE THE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES TO ALLOCATE FUNDS RECEIVED UNDER THIS ACT TO THE RESPECTIVE TRAINING SCHOOLS FOR THE SUPPORT OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS IN SUCH SCHOOLS; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
