     AMEND on line 74 by inserting the following after the period:

The report shall be considered a public record and shall be subject to the provisions of the Mississippi Public Records Act of 1983.

FURTHER, AMEND on lines 122-123 by deleting the following:

the Mississippi Public Records Act of 1983, Sections 25-61-1 through 25-61-17, relating to open records,

     FURTHER, AMEND on line 129 by inserting the following after the period:

Any record of the review panel created under this section, that is redacted of personally identifiable information (PII) and of protected health information pursuant to the guidelines of HIPPA regulations, shall be made available upon request.

     FURTHER, AMEND by deleting SECTION 3 and SECTION 5 in their entirety and renumbering subsequent sections accordingly.

     FURTHER, AMEND the title to conform.
