     AMEND on line 1249 by deleting "or".

     FURTHER, AMEND on line 1256 by deleting the period and inserting a semicolon in lieu thereof.

     FURTHER, AMEND below line 1256 by inserting the following:

          (l)  The practice of generating maps exclusively by use of publicly available legal descriptions of property in conjunction with aerial or satellite imagery; or

          (m)  The performance of Geographic Information Services (GIS) or parcel-mapping services.
