     AMEND after line 52 by inserting the following as a new subsection:

     (6)  Nothing in this section shall apply to an entity engaged in Life Safety services.

     FURTHER AMEND on line 19 by inserting the following after the semicolon:

TO EXEMPT FROM THE PROVISIONS OF THIS ACT ENTITIES ENGAGED IN LIFE SAFETY SERVICES;
