     AMEND on line 109 by deleting the word "and"

     FURTHER, AMEND on line 114 by deleting the period and inserting the following in lieu thereof:

          (j)  Whether students under the age of 21 who are required to live on campus at each institution or college would be safer in a single-sex dormitory or other student housing that does not allow guests and visitors of the opposite sex to enter bedrooms in the dormitory or housing, restricting such guests and visitors to common areas only.
