AMEND on line 99 by inserting the following after the word "access":  "for recent high school graduates".

AMEND FURTHER on line 144 to insert "full-time" after the word "enrolled".

AMEND FURTHER on line 145 by inserting the following after the word "college":  "within twelve (12) months of completion of a secondary education program".

AMEND FURTHER on line 153 by inserting the following after the word "degree":  "or been enrolled in a community or junior college other than dual enrollment".

AMEND TITLE to conform.
