AMEND on lines 1284-1286, 1302-1304, 1321-1322, 1339-1341, 1357-1359, 1376-1377, 1394-1396, 1412-1414, 1430-1432, 1449-1450 and 1467-1468 by deleting the following words:

"and shall not be subject to the percentage appropriation requirements set forth in Section 37-61-33".
