AMENDMENT NO 1 PROPOSED TO

AMEND by deleting the word "and" on line 779 and inserting the following after line 779:

          "2.  Not less than twenty-five percent (25%) of all contracts entered into by such enterprise related to the project described in this paragraph (f)(xxxiii) shall be with persons or businesses entities that are residents of or located in the State of Mississippi; and"

AMEND FURTHER on line 780 by changing the number "2" to "3"
