AMEND on lines 19-20 and 35-36 by deleting the words "the University of Mississippi" and inserting in lieu thereof the words "any state institution of higher learning under its management and control"

AMEND FURTHER on line 24 by deleting the word "university" and inserting the word "institution"

AMEND FURTHER on lines 48, 58 and 61 by deleting the words "University of Mississippi" and inserting in lieu thereof the words "state institution of higher learning for which the property is leased"

AMEND FURTHER the title on lines 2-3 by deleting the words "THE UNIVERSITY OF MISSISSIPPI" and inserting in lieu thereof the words "ANY STATE INSTITUTION OF HIGHER LEARNING UNDER ITS MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL,"; and on line 11 by deleting the words "UNIVERSITY OF MISSISSIPPI" and inserting in lieu thereof the words "STATE INSTITUTION OF HIGHER LEARNING FOR WHICH THE PROPERTY IS LEASED"; and on lines 7, 14 and 15 by deleting the word "UNIVERSITY" and inserting the word "INSTITUTION"
