AMENDMENT NO 1 PROPOSED TO

Senate Bill No. 2645

Amend after line 216 by inserting the following:

     "SECTION 2.  The construction of roundabouts, traffic circles and other similar traffic features shall be prohibited anywhere within the territorial boundaries of Lincoln County under the authority of the county's board or supervisors or within the jurisdictional limits of the local governing authorities of any incorporated towns, cities or municipalities located therein."

Further, amend renumbering the succeeding section accordingly.

     Further, amend the title to conform.
