AMENDMENT NO 1 TO AMENDMENT NO 1 PROPOSED TO

AMEND on line 44 by inserting the following after the period:
"In the case of a permittee using such an age-verification app, it shall be a defense to an alleged violation of paragraph (a) of this subsection (1) if the permittee used the age-verification app prior to selling, furnishing, giving, or causing to be sold, furnished or given, any alcoholic beverages to a person and the app incorrectly indicated the person to be twenty-one (21) years of age or older."
