AMEND on lines 37 through 38 by striking the following language:  "greater than one (1) mile outside its municipal boundaries".

AMEND further on line 41 by deleting the word "that".

AMEND further on line 42 by striking the following language: "extends beyond the municipalities' boundaries".

AMEND further on lines 48 through 49 by striking the following language:  "providing service greater than one (1) mile outside its municipal boundaries and".

AMEND further on lines 85 through 86 by striking the following language:  "providing service greater than one (1) mile outside its municipal boundaries".

AMEND the title to conform.
