     AMEND further on line 61, 231, 232 and 233, 240 and 241, 248, 252, 254, 258, 267, 274, 276, 280, 283, 288, 296, 306, 473, 1398 and 1399, 1403 and 1406 by deleting "and distilled spirits"   

Amend further on line 79 by inserting the following after the period: 

"A direct shipper may sell and ship wine to an address in the state regardless of whether the address is in an area in which the sale of alcoholic beverages is otherwise authorized or otherwise prohibited by law."

     AMEND further on line 81 by deleting "Class 1 or"  

     AMEND further on line 117 and 118, 119 and 120, 141, 149, 198, 242, 612 and 615 by deleting "or distilled spirits"   

AMEND further by deleting lines 145 through 146

     AMEND further on line 147 by striking "(d)" and inserting in lieu thereof "(c)" and on 151 by striking "(e)" and inserting in lieu thereof "(d)"    

     AMEND further by deleting lines 158 through 165

     AMEND further on line 166 by striking "(g)" and inserting in lieu thereof "(f)" and on 168 by striking "(h)" and inserting in lieu thereof "(g)"   

     AMEND further on lines 195 and 196, and 200 and 201 by deleting "and nine (9) nine-liter cases of distilled spirits"

     AMEND further on line 204 by deleting "and/or nine (9) nine-liter cases of distilled spirits"  

     AMEND further on lines 610 and 611 by striking "twenty-seven and one-half percent (27-1/2%)" and inserting in lieu thereof "eighteen percent (18%)"

     AMEND further on lines 139 through 144 by striking "and/or distilled spirits that is available through the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division of the department (wine or distilled spirits for which the annual allotment through the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division of the department has been distributed to retailers will not be considered to be available through the division)" and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

"that is contracted through Mississippi distributors, brokers, and solicitors within the state.  Wines which are very limited in quantity and are commonly referred to by the broker as highly allocated items noted as "Allocated Item - See Broker" on the TAP Alcoholic Beverage Control Division of the Department of Revenue website are eligible for sale at a package retailer and also through direct shipment by a direct shipper"  

     AMEND further by inserting the following after line 134:

"    Information reported to the department under paragraph (b) of this subsection shall not be subject to disclosure under the Mississippi Public Records Act of 1983."
