AMEND on line 50 after the comma by deleting all the language through 97-3-54.1 on line 55 and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

     "except as otherwise provided in this subsection (2),"

AMEND further on line 74 by deleting all the language after the word "except" through "97-3-54.1" on line 78 and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

     "as otherwise provided in this Section 2,"

AMEND further on line 123 after "opinions," by deleting all the language through "97-3-54.1" on line 127 and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

     "except as otherwise provided in this Section 3,"

AMEND further on line 152 after "opinions," by deleting all the language through 97-3-54.1 on line 156 and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

     "except as otherwise provided in this Section 4,"

AMEND further on line 149 by deleting the words "voter fraud,".

AMEND further on line 59 after the period, line 83 before the word "Whenever", line 131 after the period, and line 160 after the period by inserting the following:

     "A person who is convicted of arson, bribery, perjury, armed robbery, as provided in Section 97-3-79, carjacking, embezzlement, if the value and/or amount is Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) or more, murder, rape, statutory rape, voter fraud, sexual battery, as provided in Section 97-3-95, or human trafficking, as provided in Section 97-3-54.1, shall have his or her right to vote revoked upon conviction, and shall not be eligible to have his or her right to vote restored."

AMEND further on line 35 after "arson," by inserting the words, "bribery, perjury,".

AMEND further on lines 48 and 120 by deleting "bribery,".

AMEND further on lines 49 and 121 by deleting "perjury,".

AMEND further the title to conform.
