AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE GOVERNING AUTHORITIES OF THE CITY OF EUPORA, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONVEY BACK TO PLYMOUTH TUBE COMPANY CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The governing authorities of the City of Eupora of Mississippi, are authorized, in their discretion, to convey all interest, if any, in thirteen point eight (13.8) acres that are specifically described as Parcel #073J010703.00 and located in the City of Eupora Industrial Park back to Plymouth Tube Company as such conveyance should have been completed following the original bond issuance concerning the company. The conveyance shall be in such manner and on such terms the governing authorities of the city deems proper. For purposes of this section, the term "governing authorities" means the mayor and board of aldermen of the City of Eupora.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
