     AMEND by inserting below line 832 the following language as a new section and renumbering subsequent sections accordingly:

SECTION *.  During fiscal year 2023, the State Fiscal Officer shall transfer the sum of One Million Two Hundred Sixty-Six Thousand Twenty-Four Dollars and Ninety-Eight Cents ($1,266,024.98) from the Mississippi Veterans Affairs Grant Fund (Fund No. 5373200000) to the Mississippi Veterans' Home Fund (Fund No. 3373200000).

     FURTHER, AMEND the title to conform.
