     FURTHER, AMEND on line 26 by striking the word "new"

FURTHER, AMEND by inserting below line 39 the following language:

     (5)  Nothing in this act shall conflict with the provisions of Sections 77-3-3, 77-3-5 and 77-3-12.

FURTHER, AMEND the title to conform.
