AMEND FURTHER on line 29 by deleting the words "State-issued" and replacing in lieu thereof, the following: "Government"

AMEND FURTHER on line 34 after the word agencies by inserting the following:

     "counties and municipalities"

AMEND FURTHER on line 36 by deleting "With respect to a state agency," and capitalizing the "M" in the words "means".

AMEND FURTHER on line 41 after the word agency by inserting the following: ",county or municipality"

AMEND FURTHER on line 58 after the comma by inserting the following:

     ",and the governing authorities of counties and municipalities"

AMEND FURTHER on line 59 by deleting the words "for state agencies"

AMEND TITLE on line 1 by deleting "State" and inserting in lieu thereof "Government".

AMEND TITLE FURTHER on line 8 after the comma by inserting the following: "AND THE GOVERNING AUTHORITIES OF COUNTIES AND MUNICIPALITIES".
