AN ACT TO DESIGNATE A CERTAIN SECTION OF U.S. HIGHWAY 90 IN HARRISON COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, AS THE "MYRTIS FRANKE HIGHWAY"; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. (1) The section of U.S. Highway 90 which runs between 25th Avenue and Hewes Avenue in Harrison County, Mississippi, is designated and shall be known as the "Myrtis Franke Highway."
(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the intersection.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after July 1, 2023.
