     AMEND by deleting SECTION 1 in its entirety on lines 12 through 66 and renumbering any succeeding sections.

     FURTHER, AMEND on line 70 by inserting the word "private" before the words "lobbyist" and "lobbyist's"

     FURTHER, AMEND on lines 71 and 72 by deleting the phrase, "nor used to hire a contract lobbyist"

     FURTHER, AMEND on lines 78 and 84 by changing the word "elected" to "public"

     FURTHER, AMEND on line 99 by deleting the phrase ", and shall stand repealed on June 30, 2020"

     FURTHER, AMEND the title to conform.
