     AMEND on line 54 by adding the following after the word "That"

if the United States Congress appropriates money in addition to the amount of funds appropriated on March 27, 2020, by the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act), or if the regulations or guidance governing the use of such funds are revised or updated after the passage of this resolution, then

     AMEND on line 55 by inserting after "2020," the following:

to address such events

     AMEND on lines 64 and 65 by deleting the following:

or if any bill passed in the 2020 Regular Session is vetoed by the Governor,

     AMEND on line 73 by changing the semicolon to a period and deleting the language on lines 74 through 76.

     FURTHER, AMEND the title to conform.
