AMENDMENT NO 2 TO AMENDMENT NO 1 PROPOSED TO

AMEND on line 128 by inserting the following after the period:

"Before making public any report related to auditing such benefits or making any criminal referral related to auditing such benefits, the State Auditor must first provide a copy of any proposed report to the Division of Medicaid and allow the division not less than sixty (60) days to submit a response to the proposed report." 

     AMEND further the title on line 7 by inserting the following after the semicolon:

"TO PROVIDE THAT BEFORE MAKING PUBLIC ANY REPORT RELATED TO AUDITING SUCH BENEFIT OR MAKING ANY CRIMINAL REFERRAL RELATED TO  AUDITING SUCH BENEFITS, THE STATE AUDITOR MUST FIRST PROVIDE A COPY OF ANY PROPOSED REPORT TO THE DIVISION OF MEDICAID AND ALLOW THE DIVISION NOT LESS THAN SIXTY DAYS TO SUBMIT A RESPONSE TO THE PROPOSED REPORT;"
