     AMEND on lines 190 and 240 by inserting the words "prepared by Madison County" after the word "plan".

     AMEND further on lines 196, 236, 244 and 303 by inserting the words "in Madison County" after the word "landfill".

     AMEND further on lines 230 and 231 by deleting the words "a county, municipality, region or district" and inserting in lieu thereof the words "Madison County".

     AMEND further on line 241 by inserting the words "in Madison County" after the word "plan".

     AMEND further on lines 247 and 248 by deleting the words "the county in which such new nonhazardous solid waste landfill is proposed" and inserting in lieu thereof the words "Madison County".

     AMEND further the title on line 2 by inserting the words "PREPARED BY MADISON COUNTY" after the word "PLAN"; and on line 9 by inserting the words "IN MADISON COUNTY" after the word "LANDFILL".
