AMENDMENT NO 1 PROPOSED TO

AMEND on line 91 by inserting "(a)" before the word "The".

AMEND FURTHER by inserting the following new paragraphs (b) and (c) after line 100:

          (b)  The state plan shall require that any hemp plants that are processed for use in medicinal products or products that are ingested or applied to the body must be grown and cultivated in organic soil.

          (c)  For the purpose of this paragraph, the term "organic soil" means any soil that does not contain natural, synthetic, or man-made contaminants."

AMEND FURTHER the title to conform.
