AMEND on line 40 after the word, "program" by inserting the following language:

     "and who shall be required to have a permit, be a law enforcement officer or qualified retired law enforcement officer, whichever is applicable, as described in this paragraph (i) in order to be eligible for immunity"

AMEND FURTHER on lines 41 through 42 by deleting all underlined language through the comma on line 42.

AMEND FURTHER on line 43 deleting "USC" and inserting in lieu thereof:

          "18 U.S.C."

AMEND FURTHER on line 44 by deleting the comma.
