Amend after line 206, by inserting the following:

     "SECTION 7.  The provisions of this act shall not apply to any nonprofit owner/operator who operates ten (10) rides or less."

Further, amend by renumbering the succeeding sections accordingly.

     Further, amend the title to conform.
