AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE GOVERNING AUTHORITIES OF THE CITY OF VICKSBURG, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE AMERICAN LEGION AUXILIARY GIRLS STATE PROGRAM; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  The governing authorities of the City of Vicksburg, Mississippi, in their discretion, are authorized to contribute funds to the following organization in an amount not to exceed the following:

     The American Legion Auxiliary

Girls State Program......................... $ 2,000.00

     SECTION 2.  This act shall be repealed from and after October 1, 2020.

     SECTION 3.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
