     AMEND by inserting after line 80 the following:

(5)  If the operator of a motorcycle or rider on a bike proceeds through a red light as authorized in this section and a crash results, the penalties otherwise imposed for violation of subsection (3) of this section shall be doubled.

     FURTHER, AMEND the title to conform.
