AMENDMENT NO 2 TO COMMITTEE AMENDMENT NO 1 PROPOSED TO

House Bill No. 1547

     AMEND on line 643 by deleting the word "and" and by inserting before the period on line 645 the following and re-lettering the subsequent paragraphs:

          (*)  The Commissioner of Public Safety or a designee;

          (*)  The President of the Mississippi Farm Bureau Federation or a designee; and

          (*)  A designee of the Governor.

     FURTHER AMEND by changing "nine (9)" to "thirteen (13)" on line 626.
