     AMEND lines 306 and 307 by striking "Fifty-two Million Eight Hundred Ninety-three Thousand Dollars ($52,893,000.00)" and insert in lieu thereof the following:

Fifty-three Million Eight Hundred Ninety-three Thousand Dollars ($53,893,000.00)

     AMEND by inserting the following after line 880:

(*)  To assist Jackson State University in paying the costs associated with general repairs and renovations, including, but not limited to, replacing cooling towers, chillers, boilers, variable frequency drives, loop pumps, building pumps, air handlers, water heaters and building automation controls............................................$1,000,000.00.
