     AMEND line 4762 by striking the following:

Economic Development and

     AMEND line 4771 by striking "Governor" and insert in lieu thereof "State Aid Engineer"

AMEND lines 4774 and 4775 by striking "Governor, with the advise of the Economic Development and Emergency Bridge Repair Fund Advisory Board," and insert in lieu thereof:

State Aid Engineer

AMEND lines 4776 through 4778 by striking the following:

on public roads, streets and highways in this state and to promote economic development

     AMEND line 4779 by placing the "annually" after the word "shall"

AMEND line 4779 by striking "projects" and insert in lieu thereof:

bridges with the lowest sufficiency rating

AMEND line 4780 by inserting the following after the word "engineer":

and funding shall be used for the bridges with the lowest sufficiency rating first

AMEND by striking lines 4781 through 4811 in their entirety.

     FURTHER, AMEND the title to conform.
