     AMEND after line 152:

Any Mississippi resident who considers terminating a pregnancy from twelve (12) to fifteen (15) week's gestation and opts to continue that pregnancy shall be eligible for health insurance coverage for the primary parent until the child reaches the age of majority, paid for by the State of Mississippi.  This coverage will be the same coverage offered to Mississippi State Legislators.
