AMENDMENT NO 1 TO COMMITTEE AMENDMENT NO 1 PROPOSED TO

House Bill No. 1510

     AMEND after line 152 by adding the following language:

Any Mississippi resident who considers terminating a pregnancy from twelve (12) to fifteen (15) weeks gestation and opts to continue that pregnancy shall be eligible for child care costs paid by the State of Mississippi, of no less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per week from birth to age five (5), and for child care costs of no less than Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per week from age five (5) to age thirteen (13), or the average cost of a child care facility in the State of Mississippi.
