     FURTHER AMEND on lines 132 through 137 by striking the sentence beginning on line 132 in its entirety and inserting the following in lieu thereof:

Additionally, if the activities being conducted on land that is within the jurisdiction of a county governing authority are regulated by the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality, the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce or the Mississippi Forestry Commission, the provisions of those agencies' statutes or the regulations promulgated by those agencies shall govern.

     FURTHER AMEND the title on line 10 by striking "MUNICIPALITY OR"
