AMEND on line 11 by inserting the following before the word "in": the Board of Supervisors of Tishomingo County, Mississippi, and the Board of Supervisors of Alcorn County, Mississippi,

AMEND further on line 11 by deleting the word "its" and inserting lieu thereof the word "their"

AMEND further on line 12 by deleting "Sheriff of Prentiss County" and by inserting in lieu thereof:  sheriff of each county

AMEND further on line 13 by deleting the word "Prentiss" and by inserting in lieu thereof: each

AMEND further on line 17 by inserting the following before the period:  of each county

AMEND further the title on line 2 by inserting the following before the word "TO":  THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF TISHOMINGO COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, AND THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF ALCORN COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI,

AMEND further the title by deleting the word "THE" and inserting in lieu thereof of:  EACH
