AMENDMENT NO 18 PROPOSED TO

     AMEND on line 167 by striking the word and figure "four (4)" and inserting in lieu thereof "eight (8)".

     AMEND FURTHER on line 371 by striking the language after the comma through the phrase "Section 37-151-207" on line 372, and inserting in lieu thereof, the following:

"equal to one percent (1%) of the student base amount prescribed under Section 37-151-207 for districts with between seven (7) and eight (8) students per square mile; equal to two percent (2%) of the student base amount prescribed under Section 37-151-207 for districts with between six (6) and seven (7) students per square mile; equal to three percent (3%) of the student base amount prescribed under Section 37-151-207 for districts with between five (5) and six (6) students per square mile; equal to five percent (5%) of the student base amount prescribed under Section 37-151-207 for districts with between four (4) and five (5) students per square mile; equal to eight percent (8%) of the student base amount prescribed under Section 37-151-207 for districts with between three (3) and four (4) students per square mile; and equal to 10 percent (10%) of the student base amount prescribed under Section 37-151-207 for districts with fewer than three (3) students per square mile".

     AMEND FURTHER the title to conform.
