AMENDMENT NO 15 PROPOSED TO

AMEND on lines 554 and 555 by deleting the following language: "which total amount may not exceed twenty-seven percent (27%) of the total projected funding formula cost,"
AMEND FURTHER on line 558 by striking the period and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
; however, in no event may the total amount of the required local contribution and other local revenue sources exceed the following for any school district:
(i) For fiscal years 2019 and 2020, an amount equal to twenty-seven percent (27%) of the total projected funding formula cost;
(ii) For fiscal year 2021, an amount equal to thirty percent (30%) of the total projected funding formula cost;
(iii) For fiscal year 2022, an amount equal to thirty-five percent (35%) of the total projected funding formula cost;
(iv) For fiscal year 2023, an amount equal to forty percent (40%) of the total projected funding formula cost;
(v) For fiscal year 2024, an amount equal to forty-five percent (45%) of the total projected funding formula cost; and
(vi) For fiscal year 2025 and fiscal years thereafter, an amount equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total projected funding formula cost.
AMEND FURTHER on line 6378 by inserting the following immediately after the word "tax":
upon all of the taxable property of the school district
AMEND FURTHER on lines 6382 through 6385 by striking all after the word "Education" through the period and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
, or the following amount for the corresponding year, whichever is lesser:
(a) For fiscal years 2019 and 2020, an amount equal to twenty-seven percent (27%) of the uniform per student funding formula cost;
(b) For fiscal year 2021, an amount equal to thirty percent (30%) of the uniform per student funding formula cost;
(c) For fiscal year 2022, an amount equal to thirty-five percent (35%) of the uniform per student funding formula cost;
(d) For fiscal year 2023, an amount equal to forty percent (40%) of the uniform per student funding formula cost;
(e) For fiscal year 2024, an amount equal to forty-five percent (45%) of the uniform per student funding formula cost; and
(f) For fiscal year 2025 and fiscal years thereafter, an amount equal to fifty percent (50%) of the uniform per student funding formula cost.
