AMENDMENT NO 8 PROPOSED TO

House Bill No.  957

     AMEND by inserting the following new section after line 8783 and by renumbering all succeeding sections accordingly:

SECTION 130.  The following shall be codified as Section 37-151-243, Mississippi Code of 1972:

37-151-243.  Sections 37-151-201 through 37-151-243, Mississippi Code of 1972, which are the Mississippi Uniform Per Student Funding Formula Act of 2018, shall stand repealed on July 1, 2020.

     AMEND TITLE TO CONFORM.
