     AMEND by striking line 34 in its entirety and reinserting the deleted text with amendments as follows:

     (5)  The governing authority of a municipality may * * *not enforce an ordinance regulating or restricting parking on any public street or roadway * * *unless.  However, signage that adequately describes the parking regulation or restriction * * *is must be posted * * *within two hundred fifty (250) feet of the portion of the street or roadway where parking is regulated or restricted.

     FURTHER, AMEND on line 36 by striking ", and shall stand repealed on June 30, 2017"

     FURTHER, AMEND the title to conform.
