AMENDMENT NO 2 TO COMMITTEE AMENDMENT NO 1 PROPOSED TO

     AMEND by striking lines 725-729 and substituting the following:

SECTION 46.  Of the funds appropriated in Section 1(a), Ten Million Dollars ($10,000,000.00) shall be used for the School Recognition Program authorized in Section 37-19-10, Mississippi Code of 1972.

     Of the funds appropriated in Section 1(a), Ten Million Dollars ($10,000,000.00) shall be allocated by the State Board of Education to the Mississippi Integrated Basic Education Skills Training Program (MI-BEST).
