     AMEND lines 110 and 111 by striking the language after the comma on line 110 through the second comma on line 111 and insert in lieu thereof the following:  "thirty-five percent (35%)"

     FURTHER AMEND line 11 of the title by striking "20% or 1,500, WHICHEVER IS LESS," and insert in lieu thereof "35%"
