AMENDMENT NO 1 TO SUBSTITUTE NO 1 FOR COMMITTEE AMENDMENT NO 1 PROPOSED TO

     Amend by deleting Section 4 on lines 103 through 111 and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

SECTION 4.  For occupational regulations and their boards, it is the policy of the State of Mississippi to empower state boards to regulate the practice of their profession/occupation to protect consumers from present, significant and substantiated harms that threaten public health and safety.

Further, amend on line 156 by changing "June 29, 2017" to "July 1, 2020".
