AMENDMENT NO 1 TO COMMITTEE AMENDMENT NO 1 PROPOSED TO

House Bill No. 1367

     AMEND on lines 68 and 69 by striking the underlined language thereon and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

"or oral or written statements provided under oath to law enforcement during a felony criminal investigation"

     FURTHER, amend line 103 by inserting after the word "testimony" and on lines 106 and 125  by inserting after the word "information" the following:  ", under oath,"

     FURTHER, amend on line 324 by striking "; and", inserting in lieu thereof a period.

     FURTHER, amend by striking lines 325 through 333 in their entirety.

     FURTHER, amend the title by striking line 25 in its entirety and line 26 through the semicolon.

     FURTHER, amend on lines 229 through 235 by striking all the underlined language thereon.

     FURTHER, amend line 339 by striking ", and shall stand repealed on June 30, 2017"
