     Amend on line 435 by inserting the following after the period:

The applicant shall prove that he or she is a citizen of the United States by providing an original or certified copy of one of the following documents:  United States passport, United States birth certificate, consular report of birth abroad or certificate of naturalization.

     FURTHER, amend on line 567 by inserting the following after the period:

The applicant shall prove that he or she is a citizen of the United States by providing an original or certified copy of one of the following documents:  United States passport, United States birth certificate, consular report of birth abroad or certificate of naturalization.
