AMENDMENT NO 1 TO AMENDMENT NO 1 PROPOSED TO

AMEND after line 39 by inserting the following language as a new subsection:

     "(3)  The provisions of this section shall not be applicable to any individual considered for appointment by the State Board of Education for the offices of superintendent for the Mississippi School for the Blind and the Mississippi School for the Deaf."

AMEND further on line 415 by inserting after the period the following language:

     "The provisions of this paragraph (d) shall not be applicable to any individual considered for appointment by the State Board of Education for the offices of superintendent for the Mississippi School for the Blind and the Mississippi School for the Deaf."

AMEND further the title to conform.
